Zudem betreiben wir den Valet\-Parkservice Speedparking, bieten Auto\-Abos unter Enterprise Minilease an und digitalisieren die Autovermietung mit Enterprise GO, die einzig digitale, App\-basierte Autovermietung. Unseren Kund:innen einen einfachen Zugang zu individueller Mobilität zu ermöglichen ist unsere Mission. Die Betreuung von Privat\- und Geschäftskund:innen am Telefon, per Mail und vor Ort ist deine . Dabei hast du auch den Überblick über unsere Flotte und kannst für sämtliche Kund:innen das Beste rausholen. Für diese Drehscheibenfunktion erwarten wir von dir einen hohen Einsatz und Flexibilität, damit wir führender Anbieter individueller Mobilität werden können. Wir setzten dabei auf die Werte Eigenverantwortung und Teamgeist.

Bei uns

  • betreust du Privat\- und Geschäftskund:innen von der Vertragsabwicklung, der Lieferung und Abholung, über den Support bis zur Rückgabe der Fahrzeuge.
  • arbeitest du an vorderster Front und im Support unserer digitalen Produkte.
  • disponierst du unsere Flotte in der ganzen Schweiz und im Ausland.
  • wirkst du in der Weiterentwicklung unseres Unternehmens mit.
  • prägst du das Kundenerlebnis zu ausgedehnten Bürozeiten, an Wochenenden und an Feiertagen mit.

Du

  • behältst den kühlen , wenn andere Köpfe rauchen.
  • kannst priorisieren und behältst neben allen Details auch immer das grosse Ganze im Blick.
  • blühst auf im dynamischen Umfeld mit kurzen Vorlaufzeiten.
  • interessierst dich für kundenorientierte Mobilitätslösungen.
  • bist deutsch\- und englischsprachig und hast einen Führerschein Kategorie B.
