Customer Relations Coordinator 100% (a) (befristet für 6 Monate), Zürich ==========================================================================

Das sind Deine Aufgaben:

* Du begleitest unsere Kundenbestellungen von der Vorbereitung über die Eingabe bis zur Kontrolle inklusive EDI\-Orders

* Du erstellst Rechnungskorrekturen und Gutschriften und kümmerst dich lösungsorientiert um Kundenreklamationen

* Du bereitest Customer\-Service\-Daten auf und unterstützt damit die Erstellung relevanter KPIs

* Du bearbeitest Retouren von Kunden und Events und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf

* Du erstellst und pflegst Bestellformulare und arbeitest eng mit Sales, Marketing und unserem Logistikpartner zusammen

* Du pflegst Kundenstammdaten und kontrollierst Preislisten im ERP\-System und stellst eine hohe Datenqualität sicher

Das sind Deine Skills:

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Customer Service mit

* Du sprichst fließend Deutsch, bringst gute Französisch und Englischkenntnisse mit

* Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung im Customer Service eines Konsumgüterunternehmens

* Du arbeitest kundenorientiert, lösungsdenkend und mit hohem Serviceanspruch

* Du überzeugst durch Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und eine offene Art

* Du arbeitest selbstständig, verantwortungsvoll und fühlst dich im Umgang mit ERP\-Systemen sicher
