AMAG Services AG est une entreprise de services du groupe AMAG, active dans différents domaines de la mobilité. En font partie la location de voitures, le Valet Parking, le service de limousines, le car sharing et les parkings. Sur plus de 90 sites, quelque 600 collaborateurs veillent chaque jour à ce que nos clients bénéficient d'un conseil compétent et d'un service de qualité.

Pour notre agence Europcar située à Crissier, nous recherchons un/e conseiller/-ère clientèle à 80-100 %, qui apprécie le contact avec les clients, fait preuve de flexibilité et est disposé/e à travailler également certains week-ends.

Ta mission - au cœur de la vente et du conseil client ##

Rattaché/e au responsable de l-agence, ton rôle principal est d-offrir une expérience client optimale et de contribuer au développement du chiffre d-affaires grâce à des conseils adaptés.

A ce titre, tu as pour mission de :

  • Accueillir les clients, identifier précisément leurs besoins et les accompagner dans le choix des solutions de mobilité les plus adaptés
  • Proposer des options complémentaires lorsque celles-ci apportent une réelle valeur ajoutée pour le client
  • Établir les réservations, contrats de location et assurer la facturation finale
  • Gérer la remise et la réception des véhicules avec professionnalisme
  • Organiser et optimiser la flotte en fonction des réservations
  • Effectuer diverses tâches administratives
  • Soutenir l-équipe dans les activités opérationnelles (lavage de véhicules) lorsque nécessaire

Ton profil - orienté résultats ##

Tu es reconnu(e) pour ton sens commercial, ton dynamisme et ton aisance relationnelle. Tu apprécies le contact client, les défis et la performance. Idéalement, tu :

  • Disposes d-une expérience et d-un réel plaisir dans le contact direct avec la clientèle et tu maîtrises MS 365
  • Possèdes un sens commercial développé et la capacité d-expliquer clairement les avantages de nos solutions
  • Aimes travailler avec des objectifs et contribuer à la satisfaction de nos clients
  • Es fiable, autonome, proactif/ve et orienté/e solutions
  • Possèdes une excellente maîtrise du français à l-oral comme à l-écrit ainsi que de bonnes connaissances en anglais. Toute autre langue est un atout
  • Es titulaire d-un permis de conduire valable de catégorie B
  • Tu fais preuve d-une grande disponibilité et d-une forte flexibilité en matière d-horaires de travail, y compris le week-end
