Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du betreust unsere Kunden kompetent in allen operativen Belangen – von der Bestellung bis zur Auslieferung und Verrechnung
  • Du koordinierst Kundenaufträge, Projekte, Speditionsabklärungen
  • Du organisierst die Bereitstellung von Kundenmustern
  • Du erstellst gemeinsam mit Kunden Umsatzplanungen und Forecasts und stimmst diese intern ab
  • Du pflegst Stammdaten, Spezifikationen sowie Produkt\- und Materialinformationen
  • Du unterstützt das Customer\-Service\-Team mit deinem Fachwissen
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Verkauf, Business Development, Produktion, Planung und weiteren Fachbereichen zusammen
  • Du stellst eine reibungslose Kommunikation und Koordination über die verschiedenen Prozesse hinweg sicher

Dein Profil:

Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare QualifikationMehrjährige Erfahrung im Customer Service, Auftragsmanagement oder einem ähnlichen UmfeldErfahrung in Pharma, Healthcare oder Export von VorteilOrganisationstalent, analytisches und vernetztes DenkenSelbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige ArbeitsweiseAusgeprägte Kunden\- und DienstleistungsorientierungFreude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen FachbereichenPragmatische und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit, welche sich bei Veränderungen, unerwarteten Herausforderungen oder Prioritäten nicht aus der Ruhe bringen lässtSehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und SchriftSicherer Umgang mit MS Office
