Bei einem international agierenden Industrieunternehmen der Automobilbranche übernimmst Du eine technisch geprägte Security-Rolle mit direktem Einfluss auf Architektur, Detection und Response. Du implementierst Security-Konzepte, arbeitest eng mit SOC/CSIRT-Strukturen und stellst sicher, dass regulatorische Vorgaben praxisnah und wirksam umgesetzt werden.

- Überwachung und Analyse von sicherheitsrelevanten Ereignissen, strukturierte Bearbeitung von Incidents sowie Sicherstellung einer nachhaltigen Nachverfolgung

- Weiterentwicklung von Detection- und Response-Prozessen in enger Abstimmung mit SOC-nahen Funktionen und IT-Stakeholdern

- Koordination und Bewertung externer Penetrationstests sowie Schwachstellenanalysen mit Ableitung konkreter Massnahmen

- Betrieb und Optimierung zentraler Security-Technologien, insbesondere in den Bereichen SIEM, EDR, Netzwerk-Sicherheit und Angriffserkennung

- Steuerung von Vulnerability-Management-Prozessen inklusive Remediation, Patch-Zyklen und Endpoint-Schutzstrategien

- Konzeption und Durchführung zielgerichteter Awareness-Massnahmen, Simulationen und Schulungen zur Stärkung des Sicherheitsbewusstseins

Meine Kompetenzen

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Information Security, Informatik oder in einem vergleichbaren technischen Umfeld

- Weiterbildungen oder Zertifizierungen im Bereich Cyber Security oder Ethical Hacking von Vorteil

- Idealerweise vorhandene Zertifizierungen wie ISO/IEC 27001, CISSP oder TISAX® Auditor

- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle, bevorzugt in einem international ausgerichteten Umfeld

- Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Sicherheitskonzepten und technischen Controls

- Erfahrung im Umfeld von SOC/CSIRT-Strukturen sowie im Umgang mit sicherheitskritischen Vorfällen

- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365, Netzwerk-Security und mehrschichtigen IT-Architekturen

- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Einsatz von Security-Tools zur Verwaltung von Schwachstellen, Assets und Services

- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachen wie Deutsch von Vorteil

- Gelegentliche internationale Reisebereitschaft
