Délégué\-e commercial\-e pharmaceutique \- Régions Berne et Fribourg (h/f/d) \- 100%

Notre client développe et fournit des remèdes naturels de haute qualité, destinés à l'ensemble du marché suisse. Leader dans son secteur, il s'appuie sur des valeurs fortes de qualité, rigueur, fiabilité, respect et harmonie, et défend une approche exigeante et éthique de la santé naturelle.

Le laboratoire est notamment spécialisé en homéopathie, phytothérapie, gemmothérapie, sels de Schüssler et compléments alimentaires.

Votre mission

Vous serez responsable du développement commercial et de la représentation des gammes de produits, notamment d'une nouvelle gamme stratégique, sur les cantons de Berne et Fribourg.

Vos responsabilités

* Développer activement le marché en visitant les chaînes, groupements, pharmacies, drogueries et thérapeutes

* Gérer et entretenir les relations avec les clients existants dans votre région, en assurant un suivi de proximité

* Former et animer les équipes en pharmacie (pharmaciens et assistants) sur les nouveaux produits et leurs spécificités

* Identifier et prospecter de nouveaux points de vente stratégiques

* Présenter les nouveautés, assurer les réassorts et la prise de commandes

* Participer à des séminaires, congrès et événements professionnels

* Représenter notre client et devenir un véritable ambassadeur de la marque auprès des professionnels de santé et des leaders d'opinion

Votre profil

* Formation commerciale, en sciences naturelles, en pharmacie ou formation jugée équivalente

* Minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans le secteur pharmaceutique, parapharmaceutique ou des produits naturels "” indispensable

* Expérience confirmée dans le développement de marché et/ou la prospection terrain

* Bonne connaissance du réseau des pharmacies et drogueries en Suisse

Vos compétences

* Français et Allemand courant (Indispensable). La maîtrise du suisse allemand constitue un véritable atout différenciant pour ce poste

* Excellentes capacités de communication et de négociation

* Esprit d'initiative, autonomie, dynamisme et orientation résultats

* Très bon relationnel et sens du service client

* Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels: Outlook, Excel, Word et CRM
