Job Description ##

Nous recherchons un Data Analyst (H/F) dont la mission principale sera la récolte, l'analyse et l'interprétation des données afin d-élaborer les indicateurs qui permettront d'améliorer le pilotage des actions du service Gestion (Supply Chain) du site mais aussi une contribution forte sur les autres services.

Activités

  • Contribuer activement à différentes initiatives du site en établissant les indicateurs clés.
  • Récupérer puis traiter des données issues de sources variées telles que ERP, PLM, MES, LES, ou directement des équipements
  • Présenter les résultats analysés en utilisant des outils de visualisation de données pour faciliter la compréhension
  • Comprendre les problématiques Métier et les traduire de manière analytique
  • Collaborer avec le département informatique pour automatiser le traitement des flux de données
  • Optimiser les outils d-analyses et de pilotage existants
  • Garder une veille technologique active sur les nouveaux outils et méthodes d'analyse de données
  • Collaboration multisite

Profil

  • Diplôme d'ingénieur HES, EPF en Data, informatique ou équivalent
  • Connaissances des outils de traitement et d-analyse de données (Python, SQL, Dataiku, Tableau PREP, Snowflake), de visualisation (TABLEAU) et base de données
  • Fortes compétences organisationnelles et autonomie
  • Capacité de vulgarisation essentielle et capacité d'adaptation aux différents interlocuteurs
  • Aisance relationnelle, écoute, capacité de synthèse

Entregent et forte capacité à communiquer avec différents niveaux hiérarchiques
