Im neu aufgebauten, gruppenweiten Bereich Data, AI & Analytics (DAA) schaffen wir das Fundament für datengestützte Entscheidungen und den gezielten Einsatz von künstlicher Intelligenz - von der zentralen Datenplattform bis zu konkreten Business-Use-Cases.

Für den Aufbau unseres zentralen DAA-Teams (Hub) am Hauptsitz in Schönenwerd oder bei unserer Tochtergesellschaft in Mahlberg suchen wir eine erfahrene, konzeptionsstarke Persönlichkeit als Data Engineer (m/w/d) 100%.

Angesiedelt ist die Rolle beim Head of Data, AI & Analytics, welcher direkt an den CIO rapportiert.

Ihre Aufgaben - Verantwortung mit Gestaltungsspielraum ##

  • Konzeption und Modellierung des gruppenweiten Datenmodells sowie Beantwortung zentraler Datenarchitekturfragen im Rahmen der Medallion-Architektur (Bronze / Silver / Gold)
  • Aufbau, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der Datenpipelines zur Integration der führenden Quellsysteme - insbesondere IFS ERP, Salesforce CRM, Rexx HRM, Tacto SCM und der IDM-Plattform - in das zentrale Datenlakehouse
  • Entwicklung und Pflege der Dateninfrastruktur auf Basis von Microsoft Fabric, inkl. inkrementeller Ladestrategien und, wo sinnvoll, ereignisbasierter Integration
  • Sicherstellung von Datenqualität, -konsistenz und -verfügbarkeit als verlässliche Grundlage für Reporting (Power BI), Self-Service-Analytics und AI-Use-Cases
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Analytics Engineer / BI Developer bei der Bereitstellung des Gold Layers für semantische Datenmodelle und Power-BI-Dashboards
  • Mitgestaltung von Data-Governance-Standards gemeinsam mit dem Data Governance & Quality Specialist (Daten-Glossar, Datenklassifizierung, DSGVO-/DSG-Konformität, Microsoft Purview)
  • Fachlicher Ansprechpartner für IFS-nahe Fragestellungen: Abstimmung mit Business Application (ERP/IFS) zu Datenextraktion, Schnittstellen und Architekturentscheiden
  • Bewertung der technischen Machbarkeit neuer Use Cases (Datenverfügbarkeit, Aufwand, Architekturauswirkungen) im Rahmen des DAA-Use-Case-Prozesses
  • Dokumentation von Datenmodellen, Pipelines und Architekturentscheiden nach gruppenweit verbindlichen Standards

Ihr Profil - das bringen Sie mit ##

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (FH/ETH/Universität) in Informatik, Data Science, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Data Engineer, idealerweise in einem produzierenden bzw. industriellen Umfeld mit mehreren Quellsystemen
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Modellierung von Datenmodellen und Datenarchitekturen (Data Warehouse / Lakehouse, Medallion-Architektur)
  • Praxiserfahrung mit Microsoft Fabric und Microsoft PowerBI sowie semantischen Datenmodellen für Reporting- und Self-Service-Zwecke
  • Sehr gute SQL-Kenntnisse sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit Python/PySpark für Datentransformationen
  • IFS-Know-how bzw. Erfahrung in der Integration von ERP-Systemen von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in Data-Governance-Themen (Datenqualität, Datenschutz/DSGVO-DSG, Datenkatalogisierung, z. B. Microsoft Purview) von Vorteil
  • Analytische, konzeptionell starke sowie strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und Data Champions in einem internationalen Umfeld (CH/DE/FR)
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
