Nous recherchons un Consultant Data Scientist (H/F), dont la mission principale sera d'accompagner le métier Industrialisation dans la construction de la vision stratégique des outils de data science et de participer en consulting a l'amélioration de la qualité.

Activités:

  • Elaborer des solutions de data science permettant de répondre aux besoins métier.
  • Identifier et formaliser le besoin en collaboration avec le métier et animer des ateliers.
  • Formuler les cahiers des charges des modèles de Machine Learning (ML).
  • Promouvoir les bonnes pratiques d-industrialisation des solutions de Data Science.
  • Mettre au point les prototypes Data Science et démontrer la valeur des solutions élaborées.
  • Concevoir et exécuter les tests nécessaires à la mise en production des livrables Data Science.
  • Favoriser l-industrialisation des solutions prototypées en collaboration avec l'IT.
  • Collaborer à l-élaboration des interfaces permettant une utilisation élargie des modèles de ML.
  • Accompagner le métier dans l'optique d'évoluer vers une 'data driven company'.
  • Simplifier et rationaliser les données, proposer une méthodologie d'analyse.\\
  • Gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle.

Profil

  • Bachelor/Master en Ingénierie industrielle complétée par un Master en Data Science.
  • Expérience en milieu industriel et expérience démontrée de 5 ans en Data Science.
  • Pratique avérée de la Business analyse.
  • Connaissances nécessaires de Python, Machine Learning, Dataiku un plus.
  • Leadership, autonomie, rigueur, proactivité, esprit collaboratif.
  • Capacité à proposer et challenger les positions établies.
  • Fort entregent et aisance dans la communication avec tous types d'interlocuteurs, sens relationnel, goût pour le travail en équipe.
