Das Insel Data Science Center (IDSC) ist eine direktionsübergreifende Einrichtung der Insel Gruppe, die alle Aufgaben zur Datenanalyse bündelt. Zu seinen Hauptaufgaben gehören die Entwicklung und der Betrieb der Datenplattform sowie die darauf aufbauenden Applikationen. Für die Weiterentwicklung und den Betrieb unserer zentralen Insel Data Plattform innerhalb des IDSC suchen wir dich als Datenbank-Spezialist:in.

Das erwartet dich ##

  • Aktive Mitarbeit am Ausbau, der Weiterentwicklung und dem Betrieb der bestehenden SQL-basierten Data Warehouses im IDSC
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Anbindung und Modellierung verschiedenster Quellsysteme
  • Konzeption, Modellierung und Implementierung von Lösungen im agilen Projektumfeld
  • Mitarbeit bei der Konzeption und Aufbau der (DWH-) DevOps-Infrastruktur und -Prozesse
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Data Analysts/Data Engineers, den Fachbereichen und Infrastruktur-Teams

Das bringst du mit ##

  • Hochschul- oder Fachhochschulausbildung in den Bereichen Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Min. 5 Jahre praktische Berufserfahrung im Data Warehousing Bereich, vorzugsweise im Microsoft Umfeld (MS SQL, SSIS), sowie sehr gute SQL-Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich Datenbank-Systemadministration, sowie praktische Berufserfahrung im DevOps-Bereich
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich EPIC DWH (z.B. Caboodle) und mit von Frontend-Tools (SSRS) sind von Vorteil
  • Offene, verständliche und empfängergerechte Kommunikation
  • Hohe Motivation, Begeisterungsfähigkeit, Proaktivität und Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
  • Sehr gute mündliche sowie schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse als auch gute Englischkenntnisse
