  • Sie sind die zentrale Ansprechperson für Prüfärzte, Sponsoren, Clinical Research Organisationen, Behörden, Labore und das Schweizer Kinderkrebsregister (SKKR)
  • Sie übernehmen die Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Pre-Study Visits, Initiierungen, Monitorbesuche, Audits und Swissmedic-Inspektionen
  • Sie sind für die Organisation und Teilnahme an internen Schulungen zu Studienprotokollen zuständig und archivieren und verwalten die Prüfarztordner
  • Sie unterstützen administrativ und erstellen Dokumentationen im Rahmen der Durchführung von klinischen Studien

Ihre Erfahrung ###

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im medizinischen Bereich, beispielsweise als Medizinische/r Dokumentar/in, Pflegefachperson oder Medizinische/r Praxisassistent/in (MPA), idealerweise mit Kenntnissen der medizinischen Terminologie
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch eine selbstständige, strukturierte und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise aus und verfügen über eine hohe IT-Affinität sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in den MS-Office-Anwendungen (Outlook, Word, Excel und PowerPoint)
  • Sie sind eine flexible und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit, begegnen Veränderungen offen und bringen sich engagiert in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld ein
  • Sie verfügen idealerweise über ein ICH-GCP-Basiskurszertifikat oder sind bereit, dieses nach Stellenantritt zu erwerben
