Für temporäre Einsätze in der Region Olten suchen wir Dipl. Pflegefachfrauen HF/FH / Dipl. Pflegefachmänner HF/FH (60-100 %). Je nach deiner bisherigen Erfahrung und dem konkreten Einsatz kannst du dein Fachwissen in unterschiedlichen Pflegesituationen einbringen und neue Arbeitsumfelder kennenlernen. Gemeinsam schauen wir, welcher Einsatz zeitlich und fachlich zu dir passt und begleiten dich während der gesamten Einsatzdauer

Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Übernimm die professionelle Pflege und Betreuung von Patientinnen, Patienten oder Bewohnenden entsprechend dem jeweiligen Einsatzbereich 
  • Steuere den Pflegeprozess, erkenne gesundheitliche Veränderungen und leite die erforderlichen Massnahmen innerhalb deiner Kompetenzen ein 
  • Bring deine Erfahrung in ein bestehendes Pflegeteam ein und unterstütze dieses zuverlässig im Arbeitsalltag 
  • Dokumentiere deine pflegerischen Leistungen sorgfältig und stelle einen verlässlichen Informationsfluss sicher 

Du bietest deinem neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Du verfügst über einen Abschluss als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH oder bei ausländischem Diplom über eine entsprechende SRK-Anerkennung 
  • Berufserfahrung in deinem bisherigen Pflegebereich ermöglicht dir einen raschen Einstieg in neue Einsatzsituationen 
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, verantwortungsbewusst und kannst dich flexibel auf unterschiedliche Abläufe einstellen
