Für einen temporären Einsatz im Akutbereich suchen wir eine Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH / einen Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH (60-100 %). Dich erwartet ein vielseitiger Spitalalltag mit unterschiedlichen Krankheitsbildern und Patientensituationen. Du bringst deine Erfahrung direkt auf der Station ein, übernimmst Verantwortung im Pflegeprozess und arbeitest eng mit dem ärztlichen Dienst sowie weiteren Berufsgruppen zusammen.

Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Übernimm die ganzheitliche Pflege und Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten und steuere den Pflegeprozess in unterschiedlichen Akutsituationen 
  • Erkenne Veränderungen des Gesundheitszustands frühzeitig, setze Prioritäten und leite innerhalb deiner Kompetenzen die erforderlichen Massnahmen ein 
  • Koordiniere dich mit dem interprofessionellen Behandlungsteam und stelle eine sorgfältige Dokumentation sowie einen verlässlichen Informationsfluss sicher

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH oder über eine entsprechende SRK-Anerkennung und bringst Erfahrung im Akutbereich mit
