Für eine Institution im Berner Oberland suchen wir eine Fachfrau / einen Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ oder eine Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (60-80 %) für die Nachtwache. Du begleitest die Bewohnenden durch die Nacht und trägst zu ihrer Sicherheit und ihrem Wohlbefinden bei

Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Stelle die professionelle Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohnenden während der Nacht sicher 
  • Beobachte den Gesundheitszustand und handle bei Veränderungen situationsgerecht 
  • Führe pflegerische und medizinaltechnische Tätigkeiten innerhalb deiner Kompetenzen durch 
  • Dokumentiere deine Leistungen und gewährleiste eine vollständige Übergabe an den Frühdienst 

Du bietest deinem neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Ausbildung als Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ oder Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder eine dementsprechende SRK-Anerkennung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Pflege, Erfahrung in der Nachtwache ist von Vorteil 
  • Verantwortungsbewusste und selbstständige Arbeitsweise 
  • Ruhe, Belastbarkeit und Sicherheit im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Pflegesituationen
