Im Solution Team Digital Commerce entwickelst und betreibst du mit unseren agilen Delivery Teams zentrale Lösungen rund um den Zahlungsverkehr eines der grössten Kartenzahlungsanbieter der Schweiz. Du sorgst mit deinem Team dafür, dass Zahlungen einfach, sicher und zuverlässig verarbeitet und neue PostFinance-Produkte effizient angebunden werden können. Das Solution Team verantwortet die Digital-Commerce-Plattformen und verbindet dabei moderne Cloud-Technologien mit hohen Anforderungen an Stabilität, Sicherheit und Skalierbarkeit. In einem dynamischen und wachsenden Umfeld schafft es damit die technologische Grundlage für bestehende und zukünftige Zahlungsservices und -produkte. Du entwickelst dein Delivery Team kontinuierlich weiter, begleitest es in der agilen Arbeitsweise und Zusammenarbeit und förderst Eigenverantwortung sowie ein ausgeprägtes Growth Mindset. Durch dein Engagement und deine Führung werden wir gemeinsam Höchstleistungen erreichen und Lösungen entwickeln, die unsere Kund:innen begeistern.

Das kannst du bewirken

  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung des Delivery Teams «Digital Commerce Payments», das die zentrale Booking-Engine für Digital Commerce sowie ein Ordering-System für eine wachsende Anzahl profitabler PostFinance-Produkte entwickelt und betreibt
  • Du bildest zusammen mit Product Owner und Architecture Owner die fachliche Führung im Trio für das Delivery Team und legst damit das Fundament unserer agilen Arbeitsweise und Zusammenarbeit
  • Du schaffst und erhältst als Servant Leader:in die Rahmenbedingungen, damit sich das Delivery Team auf die Lieferung nutzbringender und qualitativ hochwertiger Ergebnisse konzentrieren kann
  • Du förderst stetiges Lernen und treibst die systematische Weiterentwicklung sowie die Selbstorganisation des Teams aktiv voran
  • Du verkörperst die agilen Werte und Prinzipien, lebst ein Growth Mindset und unterstützt das Team und die Organisation in der Anwendung agiler Praktiken sowie in der Entwicklung des dazugehörigen Mindsets
  • Du gestaltest in definierten Themenfeldern die Weiterentwicklung der Solution aktiv mit und unterstützt die Führungsorganisation mit deiner fachlichen Expertise
  • Du engagierst dich als Delivery Team Lead beispielsweise in Communities of Practice über die Organisationsgrenzen hinaus
