Pour une institution de soins de longue durée dans la région de Berne, nous recherchons un·e infirmier·ère diplômé·e HF/FH 60-100% avec responsabilité spécialisée en démence. Vous travaillez directement dans une unité protégée pour personnes atteintes de troubles démentiels et assumez en même temps une mission spécialisée à l-échelle de l-organisation. Au centre de votre activité se trouvent les soins centrés sur la personne, le conseil professionnel et le développement continu des soins en démence. 

Votre expertise agit à deux niveaux

  • Accompagnez les personnes atteintes de troubles démentiels directement dans le quotidien des soins et contribuez à une prise en charge centrée sur la personne et empreinte de respect 
  • Soutenez les collaborateurs·trices dans des situations complexes et favorisez la réflexion professionnelle au sein des équipes 
  • Faites évoluer les soins en démence et participez activement au développement du concept de démence 
  • Transmettez votre savoir-faire de manière pratique et collaborez étroitement avec l-expert·e en soins et les responsables des groupes résidentiels 

Votre base professionnelle

  • Diplôme d-infirmier·ère HF/FH ou formation équivalente 
  • Formation spécialisée dans le domaine de la démence au moins au niveau CAS ou volonté de la suivre 
  • Expérience en soins de longue durée et dans l-accompagnement de personnes atteintes de troubles démentiels, une expérience en gérontopsychiatrie est un atout 
  • Goût pour le conseil professionnel, la transmission des connaissances, le développement de concepts et de la qualité ainsi qu-une manière de travailler autonome et structurée
