Für eine Institution der Langzeitpflege in der Region Bern suchen wir eine Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH 60-100% mit Fachverantwortung Demenz. Du arbeitest direkt in einem geschützten Wohnbereich für Menschen mit demenziellen Erkrankungen und übernimmst gleichzeitig einen organisationsweiten Fachauftrag. Im Zentrum stehen personenzentrierte Pflege, fachliche Beratung und die Weiterentwicklung der Demenzpflege. 

Dein Fachwissen wirkt auf zwei Ebenen

  • Begleite Menschen mit demenziellen Erkrankungen direkt im Pflegealltag und gestalte eine personenzentrierte und wertschätzende Betreuung 
  • Unterstütze Mitarbeitende bei komplexen Situationen und fördere die fachliche Reflexion innerhalb der Teams 
  • Entwickle die Demenzpflege weiter und arbeite aktiv an der Neuentwicklung des Demenzkonzepts mit 
  • Vermittle dein Fachwissen praxisnah und arbeite eng mit der Pflegeexpertin und den Wohngruppenleitungen zusammen 

Deine fachliche Grundlage

  • Diplom als Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder ein äquivalenter Ausbildungsabschluss 
  • Fachweiterbildung im Bereich Demenz auf mindestens CAS-Niveau oder Bereitschaft, diese zu absolvieren 
  • Erfahrung in der Langzeitpflege und in der Begleitung von Menschen mit demenziellen Erkrankungen, gerontopsychiatrische Erfahrung ist von Vorteil 
  • Freude an Fachberatung, Wissensvermittlung, Konzept- und Qualitätsentwicklung sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
