Ingénieur Qualité Conception

Dans ce rôle, vous jouerez un rôle clé au sein d'une équipe dynamique et participerez au développement de nos dispositifs médicaux. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec différents départements pour garantir la qualité de conception du produit final.

Vos responsabilités : ###

  • Diriger et soutenir le développement de nouveaux produits (NPD) et les modifications de conception en assurant la conformité des activités et de la documentation aux exigences internes du SMQ ainsi qu'aux réglementations et normes externes (FDA, ISO).
  • Soutenir les activités de vérification et validation pour garantir la conformité aux exigences applicables du contrôle de conception.
  • Générer et maintenir le dossier de gestion des risques pendant le NPD et les modifications de conception en utilisant les principes de la norme ISO 14971.
  • Assurer l'assurance qualité selon les principes des modifications de conception des dispositifs médicaux à toutes les étapes du développement produit.
  • Mettre à jour la documentation produit existante en conformité avec les exigences du MDR.
  • Créer, réviser ou approuver la documentation DMR et DHF publiée lors du NPD et des modifications de conception.
  • Contribuer à la génération et à la maintenance du matériel d'information utilisateur.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des procédures internes liées au NPD, aux modifications de conception et à la gestion des risques.
  • Devenir un contributeur clé à la méthodologie et aux tests de retraitement des produits (nettoyage et stérilisation).

Votre profil : ###

  • Au moins un diplôme de licence en ingénierie mécanique, micro-mécanique ou biomédicale.
  • 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans l'assurance qualité des dispositifs médicaux, idéalement de classe IIa ou supérieure.
  • Connaissance démontrée de la structure et du contenu des DMR et DHF.
  • Expérience avec le SMQ ISO 13485 et la gestion des risques pour dispositifs médicaux.
  • Expérience avec le MDR UE 2017/745.
  • Compétences informatiques : suite MS-Office, et idéalement système PLM.
  • Maîtrise du français, avec une bonne connaissance de l'anglais (niveau B2 ou supérieur).
  • Solides compétences organisationnelles et de suivi, attention aux détails.
  • Personnalité ouverte avec la capacité à s'intégrer rapidement à une équipe.
