Nous sommes une entreprise de renommée internationale dont le si\&eg Dessinateur \- Constructeur \& Référent apprentis – 100 % Nous sommes une entreprise de renommée internationale dont le siège se trouve en Suisse romande, à Cressier près de Neuchâtel. Nous concevons, développons et fabriquons des pompes centrifuges et des vannes de régulation à diaphragme répondant à des exigences élevées, que nous livrons à l'industrie, à la chimie et au secteur des eaux usées. Afin de renforcer notre Bureau Technique, nous recherchons un/une : Dessinateur \- Constructeur \& Référent apprentis – 100 % Tâches : Suivi technique des commandes (planification, coordination avec la gestion de projets et les achats) Création et modification de dessins de modèles, d’encombrement, d’ensemble et de fabrication Gestion des articles et nomenclatures (création, mise à jour, suivi des modifications) Participation aux études et développements spéciaux ainsi qu’à l’amélioration continue des produits Collaboration avec les différents départements (vente, achats, production, SAV, qualité) Contribution à la qualité des données techniques (documentation, ERP, PLM) Encadrement et suivi des apprentis dessinateurs\-constructeurs Élaboration et mise à jour du programme de formation Évaluation des compétences et préparation aux examens Coordination avec les écoles professionnelles Profil et compétences : CFC de dessinateur\-constructeur 3\-5 ans d’expériences dans un poste similaire Bonne maîtrise d’un logiciel CAO ainsi que d’un système PLM Connaissances de base d’un ERP Travail précis, structuré et fiable Polyvalence, autonomie et sens des responsabilités Pédagogie et bonnes capacités de communication Expérience dans la formation d’apprentis ou volonté de se former dans ce domaine Langues : français et anglais courant Si nous avons éveillé votre intérêt, nous nous réjouissons de recevoir votre candidature complète (lettre de motivation, CV, diplômes et certificats de travail) par JobUp.
