Votre mission Au sein du bureau technique, vous participez à la conception et au développement d'étampes progressives destinées à la fabrication de composants de haute précision.

Vos responsabilités Concevoir et développer des étampes progressives selon les besoins des clients et de la production Réaliser les études techniques et les plans de fabrication en CAO 2D/3D Élaborer les dossiers techniques complets (plans d'ensemble, détails, nomenclatures) Participer à l'amélioration continue des outils existants Assurer le suivi technique des projets en collaboration avec l'atelier, les régleurs et les chefs de projet Proposer des solutions techniques innovantes visant à optimiser la qualité, les coûts et les délais de fabrication Collaborer étroitement avec les différents départements internes pour garantir la faisabilité industrielle des projets Apporter un soutien technique lors des phases de mise au point et d'industrialisation

Votre profil CFC de dessinateur constructeur industriel ou en microtechnique Expérience préalable dans la conception d'étampes progressives ou d'outillages de précision (un atout) Excellentes connaissances des logiciels de CAO (SolidWorks, Inventor ou équivalent) Bonne maîtrise de la lecture de plans techniques et des procédés de fabrication liés à l'étampage Connaissances du domaine horloger et/ou microtechnique, un atout Esprit analytique et orientation solutions Rigueur, autonomie et sens des responsabilités Aptitude à travailler en équipe dans un environnement technique exigeant
