The posting

Le Service travaux, environnement et biodiversité est responsable de la réalisation des projets d’infrastructures publiques, notamment dans les domaines de la voirie, des espaces verts, de l’assainissement et de l’éclairage public. Le service veille également à l’entretien et à la préservation de l’environnement local, en visant à promouvoir la biodiversité, la gestion des ressources naturelles et le respect des normes environnementales.

Vous serez chargé(e) de :

• Géomatique/Gestion des données : o Mise à jour des données liées au service (réseaux de canalisations, gestion des déchets, biodiversité, voirie, etc.). o Réalisation de relevés GPS sur le terrain et intégration des données dans le SIT via QGIS. o Gestion et actualisation des bases de données SIG/SIT en lien avec les inspections et interventions.

• Dessin technique/Génie civil : o Réaliser des plans techniques pour des projets routiers, d’éclairage public et d’assainissement (routes communales, trottoirs, stationnements, réseaux d’eaux etc.). o Préparer les dossiers techniques pour les appels d’offres et les soumissions. o Mettre à jour les plans de l’état des infrastructures existantes.

• Gestion des chantiers : o Participer aux relevés de terrain et aux visites de chantier. o Assurer le suivi technique de certains chantiers. o Coordination avec les entreprises et bureaux d’ingénieurs, suivi des travaux sur le terrain. o Rédaction de rapports techniques et suivi budgétaire.

Connaissances et compétences requises : • Formation de technicien·ne, dessinateur·trice-géomètre, géomaticien·ne ou équivalent, avec une spécialisation en assainissement. • Connaissance des bases légales et des normes techniques suisses dans le domaine de l’environnement, de la protection et de l’évacuation des eaux et de la construction routière. • Maîtrise des outils informatiques : MS Office, AutoCAD, logiciels SIG/SIT (QGIS). • Expérience dans un poste similaire (commune, bureau d’ingénieurs), incluant la gestion de projets et la direction de travaux. • Bonne connaissance des bases légales et des normes techniques suisses en matière d’assainissement. • Autonomie, sens de l’organisation, rigueur, esprit d’initiative. • Aisance relationnelle, travail en équipe, orientation service public. • Sensibilité aux enjeux environnementaux. • Permis de conduire catégorie B obligatoire.
