Description du poste ##

Dans le cadre d'un mandat confié par l'un de nos clients, une entreprise active dans le domaine de la construction, nous sommes à la recherche d'un·e Dessinateur·trice en bâtiment motivé·e et rigoureux·se pour renforcer son équipe dans la région lausannoise.

Responsabilités

  • Élaboration des plans d'avant-projet, de mise à l'enquête et d'exécution
  • Réalisation et mise à jour des dessins techniques conformément aux normes en vigueur
  • Établissement des métrés et participation à la préparation des dossiers de soumission
  • Coordination avec les architectes, ingénieurs et autres intervenants du projet
  • Préparation et suivi des dossiers techniques tout au long des différentes phases de projet
  • Vérification de la conformité des plans et intégration des modifications demandées
  • Participation aux relevés sur site et à la mise à jour des plans d'exécution
  • Suivi de l'avancement des projets dans le respect des délais et des exigences de qualité

Profil

  • CFC de dessinateur·trice en bâtiment ou formation suisse jugée équivalente
  • Expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire en Suisse
  • Bonne maîtrise des logiciels DAO/CAO (AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit ou équivalent)
  • Connaissance des normes et pratiques de construction suisses
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en appréciant la collaboration au sein d'une équipe
  • Personnalité rigoureuse, précise et consciencieuse
  • Excellente organisation et bonne gestion des priorités
  • Résistance au stress et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément
  • Maîtrise du français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit
