Sie sorgen für eine freundliche, kompetente und effiziente Betreuung unserer Kundschaft. Durch eine ansprechende Warenpräsentation sowie die Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards tragen Sie zu einem positiven Einkaufserlebnis bei.

Aufgaben

Freundliche und kompetente Bedienung der Kundschaft Verkauf und Beratung im Lebensmittelbereich Bedienung der Kasse und korrekte Abrechnung Warenannahme sowie Kontrolle von Qualität und Liefermengen Auffüllen und ansprechende Präsentation der Verkaufsregale Kontrolle von Mindesthaltbarkeitsdaten und Frische Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften (HACCP) Sicherstellung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Verkaufsraum und Lager Unterstützung bei Aktionen und saisonalen Verkaufsförderungen Einhaltung der betrieblichen Sicherheits- und Qualitätsvorschriften Anforderungen

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Detailhandel EFZ/EBA oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung Freude am Kundenkontakt Gepflegtes und freundliches Auftreten Zuverlässige, selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität Bereitschaft zu Einsätzen an Wochenenden, Feiertagen oder im Schichtbetrieb Gute Deutschkenntnisse; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil Führerschein Kat. B Kompetenzen

Die Verkaufsmitarbeitenden sind für die ordnungsgemässe Bedienung der Kundschaft, den sorgfältigen Umgang mit Lebensmitteln und Waren sowie die Einhaltung aller Hygiene-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsvorschriften verantwortlich.
