Deine Verantwortung

  • Die Beziehung zu den Kund\*innen aufzubauen und im Verkaufsgespräch anspruchsvolle Kundenwünsche zu erfüllen
  • Die Bedürfnisse der Kund\*innen zu analysieren und Lösungen zu präsentieren
  • Trends und Produkte zu präsentieren, Kundenanlässe sowie Verkaufspromotionen zu gestalten und Erlebniswelten zu kreieren
  • Reparaturen, Retouren und Reklamationen entgegenzunehmen und zu bearbeiten
  • Aktuelle Entwicklungen und Trends im Detailhandel zu erkennen und in den Arbeitsalltag zu integrieren
  • Arbeiten in Betriebs- und Warenbewirtschaftungsprozessen unter Nutzung unserer IT-Systeme auszuführen
  • Auf verschiedenen Kanälen zu kommunizieren
  • In unterschiedlichen Teams zu arbeiten

Dein Profil

  • Du gehst gerne auf Menschen zu auch auf solche, die du noch kennst und es gelingt dir dank deiner gewinnenden Art, andere zu überzeugen
  • Von deinem Sinn für Trends könnte so mancher etwas lernen
  • Du hast die Sekundarstufe 1 (Schule mit erweiterten Ansprüchen) abgeschlossen und hast gute Schulnoten
  • Du kannst in einer Fremdsprache kommunizieren
  • Du hast den Multicheck für Detailhandelsfachleute mit dem Gesamtresultat "ausreichend" bestanden
  • Du bist bereit, am Samstag und am Abend zu arbeiten
