Für unseren Kunden suchen wir eine aufgeschlossene und engagierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude an Technik, Verkauf und direktem Kundenkontakt. In dieser vielseitigen Position beraten Sie Kundinnen und Kunden rund um Smartphones, Mobilfunklösungen und Zubehör. Gleichzeitig sorgen Sie für einen professionellen Store-Auftritt und unterstützen das Team bei den täglichen Abläufen.

Detailhandelsfachmann Telekom (m/w/d) ###

Ihre Aufgaben ###

  • Kompetente und bedarfsgerechte Beratung zu Smartphones, Mobilfunkabos, Zubehör und digitalen Dienstleistungen
  • Entgegennahme und lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung von Service- und Reparaturanfragen
  • Unterstützung der Kundinnen und Kunden bei technischen Anliegen und der Nutzung digitaler Produkte
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung eines kundenfreundlichen und ansprechenden Store-Erlebnisses
  • Unterstützung bei Warenbewirtschaftung, Lagerführung und Inventuren
  • Übernahme verschiedener administrativer Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Store-Team und Unterstützung bei gemeinsamen Verkaufszielen
  • Flexibler Einsatz an verschiedenen Standorten innerhalb der Region

Ihr Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Detailhandel oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Verkauf, idealerweise im Telekommunikations-, Elektronik- oder Multimediaumfeld
  • Begeisterung für Smartphones, digitale Technologien und aktuelle Trends
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt sowie ausgeprägtes Verkaufs- und Beratungsgeschick
  • Kommunikative, freundliche und selbstbewusste Persönlichkeit
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft und Flexibilität für Einsätze an unterschiedlichen Standorten
