Deine Aufgaben: • Stellvertretende Filialleitung • Unterstützung in der Organisation, Planung und Personalführung von 10-15 Mitarbeitenden • Unterstützung bei der Einstellung, Ausbildung und Führung der Mitarbeitenden • Umsetzung der Warenpräsentationsstandards und tatkräftige Mithilfe auf der Fläche • Gewährleistung von ausgeprägter Kundenorientierung und hoher Servicequalität

Dein Profil: • Abgeschlossene Berufslehre • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, erste Führungserfahrung, idealerweise im Detailhandel • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnis in Wort und Schrift • Führungspersönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Teamfähigkeit • Einsatzbereitschaft und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
