Vos missions

Les postes sont initialement limités à cinq ans.

  • Vous enseignez et menez des recherches dans le domaine de l’informatique juridique (y compris la Legal Tech) respectivement de la recherche juridique empirique.
  • Vous encadrez des étudiant\-e\-s et soutenez des doctorant\-e\-s dans la rédaction de leur thèse.
  • Vous vous engagez également dans la formation continue et les tâches de gestion de la Faculté.

Profil souhaité

  • Vous disposez d’excellentes compétences scientifiques et êtes passionné\-e par l’enseignement.
  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un doctorat dans un domaine qui vous permet de contribuer significativement dans le domaine de l’informatique juridique respectivement de la recherche juridique empirique.
  • Vous disposez en outre de solides connaissances juridiques, attestées par un diplôme universitaire de droit (BLaw), un MALS ou un diplôme équivalent.
  • Vous avez déjà publié des articles dans le domaine de l’informatique juridique respectivement de la recherche juridique empirique.
  • Idéalement, vous disposez également d’expériences dans l’enseignement. Vous êtes capable de lever des fonds tiers et êtes disposé à participer à l’autogestion universitaire.
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français ou l’allemand et l’autre langue à un niveau élevé permettant d’enseigner dans cette langue. La capacité d’enseigner en langue anglaise constitue par ailleurs un atout.
