Unser Linux-Team bildet das technische Rückgrat für die digitalen Dienstleistungen der Zürcher Kantonalbank. Du betreibst und entwickelst mit uns die Plattform, auf der zentrale Anwendungen, Services und Sicherheitslösungen laufen - von klassischen Linux-Servern bis hin zu containerisierten Workloads auf Kubernetes/OpenShift. In einem Umfeld mit wachsender Bedeutung von Infrastructure-as-Code, Automatisierung und Cybersecurity gestaltest du eine moderne, hochautomatisierte Infrastruktur- und Plattform-Landschaft mit und bringst deine Expertise in Linux, Automatisierung und Software-Entwicklung ein.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantworten des gesamten Lebenszyklus unserer Linux-basierten Server- und Plattform-Infrastruktur von Konzeption und Aufbau über Implementierung bis hin zu Betrieb, Optimierung und kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung
  • Mitwirken beim Design und Aufbau unserer neuen Virtualisierungsplattform
  • Umsetzen technischer und organisatorischer Massnahmen zur Reduktion von Cyberrisiken im Infrastruktur- und Plattformumfeld
  • Automatisieren des gesamten Server-Lebenszyklus inklusive Provisionierung, Patching und Dekommissionierung sowie Entwickeln wiederverwendbarer Automatisierungs-Services und interner APIs
  • Betreiben und Weiterentwickeln unserer Automatisierungs- und Orchestrierungswerkzeuge (z. B. GitLab CI/CD, Kubernetes/OpenShift)
  • Konzipieren und Implementieren von APIs, CLI-Tools und Service-Komponenten, um anderen Teams einen einfachen und sicheren Self-Service-Zugang zur Infrastruktur zu ermöglichen
  • Analysieren und Beheben von Störungen sowie Durchführen systematischer Ursachenanalysen inklusive nachhaltiger Behebung in Form von Verbesserungen an Automatisierung, Härtung und Schnittstellen
  • Übernehmen von Pikettdiensten im Rahmen des Betriebs der Infrastruktur

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik oder gleichwertige Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt Systemtechnik, DevOps oder Software-Engineering
  • Langjährige Berufserfahrung als DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer oder Platform Engineer, idealerweise in einer Red-Hat-basierten Umgebung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit OpenShift oder Kubernetes, sowie Erfahrung mit Git, Container-Technologien sowie CI/CD-Pipelines und Infrastructure-as-Code
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in mindestens einer Programmiersprache wie Python oder Go sowie Fähigkeit, wartbaren Code für Werkzeuge, Schnittstellen und Automatisierungen zu entwickeln
  • Erfahrung im Design und in der Implementierung von APIs (z. B. REST, OpenAPI), idealerweise inkl. Authentifizierung/Autorisierung, Logging und Monitoring
  • Erfahrung im Einsatz von Automatisierungs- und Konfigurations-Management-Frameworks wie Ansible, SaltStack, Puppet, Chef oder vergleichbaren Werkzeugen
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft, Offenheit für neue Technologien sowie Freude an einer agilen und kollaborativen Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
