Deine Aufgaben ##

Was dich erwartet ####

Microsoft Infrastructure & Collaboration Services

  • Betrieb, Administration und Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft Teams- und Exchange-Services
  • Betreuung, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung der Windows Server Infrastruktur im On-Premises- und Hybrid-Umfeld
  • Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit, Stabilität und Sicherheit der Microsoft-Plattformen
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Rahmen des Incident Managements
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Changes sowie Mitarbeit im Problem Management
  • Unterstützung der Fachbereiche im Umfeld Microsoft 365 sowie Client- und Server-Infrastruktur
  • Sicherstellung des stabilen Betriebs inklusive Teilnahme am Bereitschaftsdienst (Pikett)

Azure Cloud Platform Engineering

  • Mitarbeit beim Aufbau, Betrieb und der Weiterentwicklung der Azure Cloud Plattform im Cloud Platform-Team
  • Entwicklung und Betrieb Cloud Architekturen mit Fokus auf Security, Identity und Netzwerk
  • Umsetzung und Überwachung von Security- und Compliance-Anforderungen (z. B. Defender for Cloud, Identity, Zero Trust, RBAC)
  • Platform Engineering und Automatisierung von Deployments mit Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) und Scripting
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und Unterstützung der Teams beim Onboarding

Deine Skills ##

Was du fachlich mitbringst ####

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Informatik (EFZ, HF/FH oder vergleichbar)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Microsoft-Umfeld mit Schwerpunkt Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange und Microsoft Teams
  • Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365 sowie hybriden Microsoft-Infrastrukturen
  • Erfahrung im Betrieb und in der Administration von Windows-Server-Plattformen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Azure oder grosses Interesse, sich in diesem Bereich weiterzuentwickeln
  • Erfahrung mit Automatisierung und Skripting, insbesondere PowerShell
  • Kenntnisse von Infrastructure as Code (z. B. Terraform) von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im IT Service Management (Incident, Change und Problem Management)
  • Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Identity Management, Security und Microsoft Entra ID von Vorteil
