In einem agilen Team gestaltest du den digitalen Arbeitsplatz für unsere Mitarbeitenden und sorgst dafür, dass Zusammenarbeit, Kommunikation und Sicherheit optimal zusammenspielen. Dabei kombinierst du technisches Know-how mit einem starken Serviceverständnis und trägst dazu bei, dass wir als nahe Bank täglich verlässlich für unsere Kundschaft da sind.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Weiterentwickeln der Hard- und Softwarelösungen unseres digitalen Arbeitsplatzes
  • Erarbeiten und Implementieren neuer, zukunftsfähiger Lösungen und Konzepte in den Bereichen Client Engineering (Hardware, Betriebssystem, Softwareverteilung, Active Directory, virtuelle Clients, Securitylösungen)
  • Sicherstellen hoher Sicherheits- und Betriebsanforderungen im Bereich Workplace
  • Planen und Umsetzen anspruchsvoller Enterprise-Projekte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Architektur, Netzwerk-Engineering und IT-Sicherheit
  • Gestalten und Unterstützen der Reise in die Cloud, insbesondere Anbinden und Managen unserer Clients an verschiedene Cloud-Services (z. B. Zero-Trust-Clients, Client-Monitoring, Device Control)
  • Identifizieren und Umsetzen von Automatisierungspotenzialen entlang der Client- und Workplace-Prozesse

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (FH, Universität) in Informatik oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem komplexen Client-Engineering-Umfeld sowie praktische Erfahrung im Programmieren bzw. Scripting
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in mindestens zwei der folgenden Bereiche: Device Management, Windows Defender, System Center Configuration Manager, Citrix oder Remote-Access-Lösungen
  • Erfahrung im Konzipieren und Entwickeln von neuen Solution-Architekturen im Workplace- oder Client-Umfeld
  • Du überzeugst mit deiner teamorientierten, kommunikativen und lernbereiten Art und bist offen für Neues
  • Du kommunizierst mündlich und schriftlich sehr sicher auf Deutsch
