Das erwartet dich ##

In dieser Funktion baust du unsere AWS Cloud Plattform mit auf und betreibst sie zuverlässig, sicher und compliant. In einem agilen Umfeld gestaltest du unsere AWS Multi-Organization/Multi-Account-Umgebung, automatisierst Infrastruktur Deployments und Sicherheitskontrollen und sorgst für eine robuste Cloud-Governance.

In dieser Position verantwortest du den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung unserer AWS Cloud Plattform mit Fokus auf Security, Governance und Stabilität. Du stellst sicher, dass die Umgebung robust, skalierbar und regelkonform betrieben wird und passt sie laufend an neue Anforderungen und Best Practices an.

 

Ein Schwerpunkt liegt auf dem Design und der Umsetzung von Identity & Access Management sowie der Strukturierung von AWS Organizations mit Multi-Account-Setup und Landing-Zone. Dazu definierst und pflegst du Guardrails wie Service Control Policies und Resource Control Policies. Zudem etablierst du zentrale Audit-, Compliance- und Threat-Detection-Lösungen mit Services wie CloudTrail, AWS Config und GuardDuty.

 

Darüber hinaus baust und pflegst du CI/CD-Pipelines mit GitLab CI und AWS CodePipeline sowie Infrastructure as Code mit Terraform. Du integrierst dabei Policy as Code und automatisierte Security- und Compliance-Checks. Gemeinsam mit den Plattform- und Produktteams verankerst du Zero-Trust-Prinzipien sowie «Security by Design» und «Shift Left» früh im Entwicklungs- und Betriebsprozess.

Das bringst du mit ##

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb und in der Governance von AWS-Umgebungen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in AWS IAM Identity Center, AWS Organizations, Multi-Account-Setups und zentralen AWS-Services
  • Fundiertes Know-how in CI/CD (GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline), Ansible und Terraform
  • Erfahrung mit Zero Trust, Cloud Security und Compliance-Frameworks (z.-B. ISO 27001, BSI C5, CIS Benchmarks)
  • Analytische, strukturierte und umsetzungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Affinität zu Automatisierung
  • Kommunikative und aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit mit der Fähigkeit Mitmenschen zu motivieren undfür Themen zu begeistern 
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
