**Diätköchin / Diätkoch für Gesundheitskulinarik in den Grand Hotels**

****Ihre Aufgaben****

* Entwicklung und Zubereitung einer gesundheitsorientierten, modernen, zeitgemässen und geschmacklich anspruchsvollen Kulinarik. * Umsetzung moderner Erkenntnisse der Ernährungslehre und Gesundheitsgastronomie sowie individueller Ernährungskonzepte. * Integration aktueller ernährungswissenschaftlicher Erkenntnisse und Ernährungstrends in ein kulinarisch hochwertiges Angebot sowie Sicherstellung der professionellen Umsetzung individueller Ernährungsbedürfnisse. * Fachgerechte Umsetzung von Diät-, Allergiker- und Spezialkost unter Berücksichtigung von Allergenen und Lebensmittelunverträglichkeiten. * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Küchenleitung, dem F\&B-Management sowie den Ernährungsfachpersonen des Tamina Health Centers. * Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung eines Angebots für gesunde, moderne und nachhaltige Ernährung.

****Ihr Profil****

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin EFZ oder vergleichbare Qualifikation * Weiterbildung zum/zur Diätkoch/-köchin oder vergleichbare ernährungsbezogene Zusatzausbildung (von Vorteil) * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der (gehobenen) Gastronomie, Hotellerie oder Gesundheitsgastronomie * Fundierte Kenntnisse, sowie ausgeprägte Leidenschaft für gesunde, moderne und nachhaltige Ernährung und Spezialkostformen * Erfahrung im Umgang mit Allergenen und Lebensmittelunverträglichkeiten * Kenntnisse der HACCP-Richtlinien und Lebensmittelsicherheit * Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
