**Deine Aufgaben**

* Betreuung und Pflege bestehender Kundenbeziehungen im technischen Umfeld * Selbstständige Kommunikation mit Kunden per Telefon, E-Mail und digitalen Tools * Analyse, Koordination und Lösung technischer Kundenanfragen und Störungen * Bearbeitung von Kundenfällen inklusive Erstellung und Abwicklung der Rechnungsstellung * Prüfung und Freigabe von Technikerberichten sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung definierter Prozesse (z. B. iPDF, Serviceprotokolle usw.) * Unterstützung der technischen Hotline und Durchführung von Fehleranalysen

**Dein Profil**

* Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung * Sehr gute Kenntnisse mit Heidenhain-Steuerungen (TNC 530 / 620 / 640) * Erfahrung mit Siemens-Steuerungen * Gute Kenntnisse in Pneumatik und Hydraulik * Fundierte elektrische Kenntnisse sowie Fähigkeit zum Lesen und Interpretieren von Elektroschemas * Deutsch fliessend * Kundenorientierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise * Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise * Freude an technischen Herausforderungen und komplexen Fehleranalysen * Teamfähigkeit sowie Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen
