  • Gestion et entretien des relations clients existantes dans un environnement technique
  • Communication autonome avec les clients par téléphone, e-mail et outils numériques
  • Analyse, coordination et résolution des demandes et pannes techniques des clients
  • Traitement des dossiers clients, y compris la création et la gestion de la facturation
  • Vérification et validation des rapports techniciens ainsi que garantie du respect des processus définis (par ex. iPDF, protocoles de service, etc.)
  • Soutien à la hotline technique et réalisation d-analyses de pannes

Votre profil ###

  • Formation professionnelle technique achevée
  • Très bonnes connaissances des commandes Heidenhain (TNC 530 / 620 / 640)
  • Expérience avec les commandes Siemens
  • Bonnes connaissances en pneumatique et hydraulique
  • Connaissances électriques solides ainsi que capacité à lire et interpréter des schémas électriques
  • Allemand courant
  • Méthode de travail orientée client et solution
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et méthode de travail fiable
  • Goût pour les défis techniques et les analyses de pannes complexes
  • Esprit d-équipe et volonté de collaborer avec différents départements
