Wer ist Gleason Switzerland AG?

An unserem Standort in Studen BE entwickeln und produzieren wir mit rund 100 Mitarbeitenden hochpräzise Werkzeugmaschinen-Systeme zur Herstellung von verzahnten Bauteilen. Wir setzen auf unseren Maschinensystemen verschiedene Prozesse, wie zum Beispiel Wälzfräsen, Profilfräsen, Powerskiven oder Verzahnungshonen ein.

Die auf unseren Maschinen produzierten Bauteile werden in der Automobil-/ und der Aerospaceindustrie, im Robotics-Bereich (Industrie-/ Humanoidroboter), in der Nahrungsmittelindustrie oder in E-Bikes eingesetzt. Zu unseren Kunden gehören zahlreiche, global stationierte, namhafte Unternehmen.

Die Gleason-Gruppe ist weltweit tätig und beschäftigt mehr als 2400 Mitarbeitende rund um den Globus. Zu den Konzern-Produkten und Dienstleistungen gehört alles, was mit der Herstellung von Getriebeteilen zu tun hat: Werkzeugmaschinen, Werkzeuge, Spannmittel, Automationssysteme, Messmaschinen und Auslegungssoftware für Getriebe.

Als Diagnosetechniker (m/w) Sorgst DU dafür, dass alles reibungslos ineinandergreift:

  • Du nimmst Kundenbedürfnisse und Beanstandungen entgegen und bearbeitest diese
  • Du erstellst telefonische Störungsdiagnosen
  • Du bist mitverantwortlich für die terminliche, qualitative und quantitative Sichererstellung der Abläufe im Kundendienst
  • Du unterstützt Projekte von Neumaschinen
  • Du koordinierst und stellst die Schnittpunkte innerhalb der Gleason-Firmengruppe und den externen Firmen sicher
  • Du bearbeitest die Kundenaufträge und gehst sporadisch auf Kundenbesuche

Das bringst DU mit:

  • Abgeschlossene mechanische Grundausbildung (Elektrokenntnisse wünschenswert)
  • Kenntnisse in spanabhebender Bearbeitung
  • Verständnis technischer Dokumentationen sowie Zeichnungen
  • Organisationstalent
  • Saubere und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
