Anforderungsprofil ##

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachperson HF und können idealerweise eine Führungsweiterbildung vorweisen. Mit einer grossen Portion Einfühlungsvermögen und coachender Haltung führen Sie Ihre Mitarbeitenden situativ. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie fundierte IT-Kenntnisse wird vorausgesetzt.

Aufgaben ##

Sie leiten, entwickeln und begleiten ein Team von ca. 25 Mitarbeitenden und setzen sich für eine personenzentrierte Betreuung ein. Die Prozesse entwickeln Sie zugunsten einer angenehmen Wohnatmosphäre sowie einer qualitativ hochstehenden Pflege und Betreuung weiter. Eine situationsgerechte Personaleinsatzplanung unter Berücksichtigung von Wirtschaftlichkeit und Effizienz gehören ebenso zu Ihren Aufgaben. Sie wirken bei der strategischen Ausrichtung und Zielsetzung des Wohnbereichs und im Leitungsteam des Pflegezentrums mit und unterstützen die Sicherstellung des Ausbildungsauftrages von Studierenden sowie Auszubildenden. Ihnen wird eine selbstständige, anspruchsvolle, abwechslungsreiche Führungsaufgabe in einem lebhaften und familiären Arbeitsumfeld geboten. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist das Haus gut zu erreichen. Es erwartete Sie eine interessante und abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit in einem modernen Unternehmen mit attraktiven Arbeitsbedingungen.
