Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für zentrale administrative Prozesse und deren steter Automatisierung inkl. Evaluation und Einsatz von KI-Tools zur Effizienzsteigerung
  • Jahres-Terminplanung, Koordination übergreifender Termine der Geschäftsleitung, Agendamanagement des Geschäftsführers sowie Erstellung pragmatischer Protokolle und Dokumentationen ausgewählter Schlüsselmeetings
  • Steuerung wiederkehrender Führungs- und Planungsprozesse, Konsolidierung von Geschäfts-Unterlagen und -Dokumentationen sowie Pendenzenmanagement
  • Organisation von Event-Formaten für die Führungscrew sowie Unterstützung der Unternehmenskommunikation bei Mitarbeitendenanlässen
  • Koordination zentraler Corporate Services Aufgaben, externer Facility-Management-Dienstleister sowie administrative Unterstützung der Unternehmenskommunikation

Anforderungen

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mind. 3-5 Jahre) in einer ähnlichen Funktion (Aus- oder Weiterbildung im Bereich digitales Office Management von Vorteil)
  • Freude am Hinterfragen von Prozessen und pragmatische Umsetzung von deren Verbesserungen
  • Digitale Denkweise sowie Begeisterung für den sinnvollen Einsatz von Automatisierungen und KI
  • Selbständige Verantwortungsübernahme, zielgerichtetes Vorantreiben und Abschliessen von Themen sowie verbindliches und durchsetzungsstarkes Auftreten gegenüber Führungskräften
  • Bereitschaft, operative Routineaufgaben zu übernehmen und diese laufend zu vereinfachen oder zu automatisieren
