Für das Tertianum Wismetpark in Weesen suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/einen

Dipl. Aktivierungsfachfrau / Aktivierungsfachmann HF und Mitarbeiterin / Mitarbeiter Aktivierung 50-60%

Ihre Aufgaben - elbstständiges Planen, Organisieren sowie Durchführen der ressourcenorientierten Aktivierung und Alltagsgestaltung in Gruppen-oder Einzelaktivitäten in enger - Zusammenarbeit mit der Pflegeabteilung - Bereitschaft bei Veranstaltungen auch Abends und an Wochenenden zu arbeiten - Planung und Durchführung von Ausflügen und Anlässen - Unterstützen und fördern der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit in allen Bereichen - Gestalten und Verantworten der jahreszeitlichen Dekoration im Haus - Mithilfe beim Erstellen des Jahresaktivitäten-Kalender - Führen und Koordinieren der freiwilligen Mitarbeitenden

Ihr Profil - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Aktivierungsfachfrau/Aktivierungsfachmann HF oder Freude und Fähigkeiten an diesem Beruf - Berufserfahrung in der Langzeitpflege - Organisationstalent und kontaktfreudig - Eine herzliche und humorvolle Grundeinstellung - Freude an vielseitigen Herausforderungen - Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
