Für das Tertianum Wismetpark in Weesen suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/einen

Dipl. Aktivierungsfachfrau / Aktivierungsfachmann HF und

Mitarbeiterin / Mitarbeiter Aktivierung 50-60%

 

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Selbstständiges Planen, Organisieren sowie Durchführen der ressourcenorientierten Aktivierung und Alltagsgestaltung in Gruppen-oder Einzelaktivitäten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Pflegeabteilung
  • Bereitschaft bei Veranstaltungen auch Abends und an Wochenenden zu arbeiten
  • Planung und Durchführung von Ausflügen und Anlässen
  • Unterstützen und fördern der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit in allen Bereichen
  • Gestalten und Verantworten der jahreszeitlichen Dekoration im Haus
  • Mithilfe beim Erstellen des Jahresaktivitäten-Kalender
  • Führen und Koordinieren der freiwilligen Mitarbeitenden

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Aktivierungsfachfrau/Aktivierungsfachmann HF oder Freude und Fähigkeiten an diesem Beruf
  • Berufserfahrung in der Langzeitpflege
  • Organisationstalent und kontaktfreudig
  • Eine herzliche und humorvolle Grundeinstellung 
  • Freude an vielseitigen Herausforderungen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
