Aktivierungsfachperson HF 80\-100% Deine Aufgaben bestehen darin, ... die Aktivierungsangebote selbstständig umzusetzen. die Prozessplanung und \-dokumentation von Gruppen\- sowie Einzelaktivierungen/\-therapien sicherzustellen. eine qualitativ hochstehenden Alltagsgestaltung, Aktivierung und Aktivierungstherapie der Bewohnenden sicherzustellen und umzusetzen. Einzelberatung und Begleitung von Mitarbeitenden im Konfliktmanagement wie auch in fachspezifischen Themen von Bewohnenden und ihren Angehörigen anzubieten und durchzuführen. die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Bereichen und Externen sicherzustellen. unsere HF Studierenden Aktivierung zu begleiten.
