Für die Abteilung Labormedizin am Standort Triemli, Fachbereich Hämatologie suchen wir per Dezember oder nach Vereinbarung eine verantwortungsbewusste und sorgfältige Persönlichkeit.

Aufgaben ##

  • Du führst selbstständig anspruchsvolle Laboranalysen in den Bereichen Hämatologie, Hämostase, Immunologie und Immunhämatologie im Routine- und Notfallbetrieb durch.
  • Du validierst und interpretierst Laborresultate, beurteilst deren klinische Bedeutung und leitest bei Bedarf weiterführende Analysen ein.
  • Du stellst die Qualität und Sicherheit unserer Analysen sicher und führst interne sowie externe Qualitätskontrollen durch.
  • Du übernimmst Aufgaben rund um das Transfusionswesen, von der Kontrolle und Lagerung der Blutprodukte bis zur korrekten Ausgabe kompatibler Blutprodukte.
  • Du verarbeitest Knochenmarkpunktionen, führst kapilläre Blutentnahmen - auch bei Kindern - durch und berätst unsere internen Auftraggeber kompetent zur Präanalytik.
  • Du arbeitest interdisziplinär, unterstützt bei der Wartung der Analysegeräte und wirkst bei Qualitätssicherung, Prozessverbesserungen sowie der Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitenden mit.

Profil ##

  • Du verfügst über eine Ausbildung als dipl. biomedizinischer Analytiker\*in HF oder einen Bachelor of Science in Biomedizinischer Labordiagnostik oder einen vom SRK anerkannten ausländischen Abschluss.
  • Du bringst fundierte praktische Erfahrung im Labor mit, idealerweise im Bereich Hämatologie und Transfusionsmedizin.
  • Du arbeitest auch unter Zeitdruck präzise, zuverlässig und verantwortungsbewusst und behältst in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick.
  • Du kannst technische Störungen und unerwartete Situationen selbstständig analysieren, Prioritäten setzen und passende Lösungen einleiten.
  • Du bist teamorientiert, kommunizierst offen und schätzt die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzt\*innen, Pflege, Anästhesie und weiteren Fachbereichen.
  • Du bist bereit, Früh-, Spät-, Nacht- und Wochenenddienste zu übernehmen und dich fachlich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
