Unsere Teams im interdisziplinären Notfallzentrum decken das gesamte Spektrum der Akut\- und Notfallmedizin ab. Du bist dort, wo es zählt: in der Erstversorgung und im direkten Kontakt mit Patientinnen und Patienten.

  • Gemeinsam mit deinem Team stellst du einen strukturierten und professionellen Ablauf auf unserer Notfallstation sicher.
  • Du pflegst, überwachst und begleitest Patientinnen und Patienten mit akuten, schweren oder lebensbedrohlichen Verletzungen oder Erkrankungen.
  • Du unterstützt diagnostische und therapeutische Massnahmen und bringst deine Fachkompetenz aktiv ein.
  • Du setzt medizinische Geräte und Hilfsmittel sicher ein.
  • Du begegnest Patientinnen, Patienten und Angehörigen mit Empathie und Professionalität.
  • Du arbeitest im Dreischichtbetrieb und leistest einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Notfallversorgung.

Was dich auszeichnet

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes NDS HF Notfallpflege oder einen vergleichbaren europäischen Abschluss.
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Notfallpflege mit.
  • Du überzeugst mit Teamgeist, Engagement und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch (mind. Niveau C1\).
  • Du arbeitest selbständig, zuverlässig und behältst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick.
  • Du entwickelst dich fachlich und persönlich gerne weiter.
