Expertin/Experte Anästhesiepflege NDS bist du eine unverzichtbare Fachkraft im OP und auf Intensivstationen. Deine Expertise sichert das Wohlergehen der Patientinnen und Patienten vor, während und nach operativen Eingriffen – du arbeitest Hand in Hand mit Ärztinnen, Ärzten und interdisziplinären Teams, um eine optimale Anästhesieversorgung zu gewährleisten.

Deine Aufgaben – Höchste Präzision in der Anästhesiepflege

- Fachgerechte Vorbereitung und Assistenz bei Narkosen in unterschiedlichen Fachgebieten

- Überwachung und Begleitung von Patientinnen und Patienten während operativer Eingriffe

- Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von regionalen und allgemeinen Anästhesieverfahren

- Sicherstellung der postoperativen Überwachung und Betreuung im Aufwachraum

- Frühzeitiges Erkennen und Reagieren auf lebensbedrohliche Situationen

- Pflege, Wartung und Bedienung moderner Anästhesiegeräte sowie Medizintechnik

- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Anästhesistinnen, Anästhesisten und dem interdisziplinären OP-Team

Dein Profil – Kompetenz trifft Verantwortung

- Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Dipl. Expertin/Experte Anästhesiepflege NDS

- Erfahrung in der Anästhesiepflege oder Intensivmedizin von Vorteil

- Hohe Konzentrationsfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit in anspruchsvollen Situationen

- Entscheidungsfähigkeit und eine exakte, strukturierte Arbeitsweise

- Teamgeist und eine interprofessionelle Denkweise

- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
