Unser Personalbüro für Pflege in Valens vermittelt Fachkräfte in offene Stellen für Pflege in Valens, um eine bestmögliche notfallmedizinische Versorgung in Akutspitälern, Notaufnahmen und Intensivstationen sicherzustellen.

Deine Aufgaben – Wenn jede Sekunde zählt

- Ersteinschätzung (Triage) und priorisierte Versorgung von Notfallpatienten gemäß Dringlichkeit

- Umsetzung akuter medizinischer Maßnahmen – von Reanimation über Blutstillung bis zur medikamentösen Erstversorgung

- Überwachung und Stabilisierung kritischer Patienten in enger Abstimmung mit dem ärztlichen Team

- Unterstützung bei komplexen Notfalleingriffen und Anwendung modernster medizinischer Notfalltechnologien

- Koordination mit Rettungsdiensten und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Patientenflusses in der Notaufnahme

- Kommunikation mit Patienten und Angehörigen in Krisensituationen – professionell, empathisch und zielgerichtet

- Dokumentation aller Maßnahmen sowie aktive Beteiligung an Prozessoptimierungen und Qualitätssicherung

Dein Profil – Kompetenz, Nervenstärke und Professionalität

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Expertin / Experte für Notfallpflege NDS

- Erfahrung in der Notaufnahme, Intensivstation oder präklinischen Notfallversorgung von Vorteil

- Souveräner Umgang mit Hochdrucksituationen und komplexen Notfallszenarien

- Fundiertes Wissen in Notfallmedizin, Traumatologie und Akutversorgung

- Fähigkeit, auch unter Zeitdruck analytisch und präzise zu handeln

- Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit mit Rettungsdiensten, Ärzten und Fachpersonal

- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
