**IHR WIRKUNGSBEREICH**

**DEINE AUFGABEN**

* Ganzheitliche und individuelle Betreuung und Pflege der Ihnen zugeteilten Patienten anhand des Pflegeprozesses * Gewährleistung einer korrekten Patientendokumentation und Informationsweitergabe im zugeteilten Aufgabenbereich * Sicherung der hochstehenden Pflegequalität durch Umsetzung von Standards und Richtlinien * Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit im Team mit unseren Belegärzten und anderen Klinikbereichen

**DEIN PROFIL**

* Abgeschlossener Fachausweis in Intensivpflege * Berufserfahrung im Akutbereich in verschiedenen Fachrichtungen * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich) * Offen, engagiert, flexibel und zuverlässig * Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Kundenorientierung
