**DEINE AUFGABEN**

* Instrumentieren und Zudienen bei Eingriffen in folgenden Bereichen: * Orthopädie inkl. Robotik \& Traumatologie * Wirbelsäulen-, Hand- und Plastische Chirurgie * Urologie \& Gynäkologie inkl. Da-Vinci-Robotik * Viszeralchirurgie * Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen und qualitativ hochwertigen OP-Ablaufs * Vorausschauende und zuverlässige Mitarbeit bei allen Eingriffen * Einsatz im Tagesbetrieb sowie je nach Pensum im Spät- und Pikett-Dienst * Aktive Mitgestaltung von Prozessen, Qualität und Teamkultur

**Zusätzlich bei der Übernahme der Fachverantwortung Orthopädie / Hygiene / Gynäkologie**

* Fachliche Verantwortung für den zugeteilten Bereich * Weiterentwicklung und Sicherstellung der Standards * Ansprechperson für Material, Instrumente \& Prozesse * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzt:innen, OP-Leitung \& Schnittstellen * Mitwirkung bei Schulungen, Einarbeitungen \& Qualitätsmassnahmen

**DEIN PROFIL**

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Fachfrau / Fachmann Operationstechnik HF * Mehrjährige OP-Erfahrung von Vorteil * Hohe Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsorientierung * Belastbar, teamorientiert und flexibel * Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise * Freude am Beruf und ausgeprägtes Engagement
