Für unsere spezialisierte Praxis für Plastische und Ästhetische Chirurgie an der Marktgasse, wenige Schritte vom Zytglogge, suchen wir ab 1\. November 2026 eine erfahrene OP\-Fachperson. Die Stelle ist als Schwangerschafts\- und Mutterschaftsvertretung bis voraussichtlich 31\. August 2027 befristet. Da eine Erweiterung unserer Praxis geplant ist, besteht bei gegenseitigem Interesse die Perspektive auf eine längerfristige oder unbefristete Zusammenarbeit.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Instrumentieren und Assistieren bei operativen Eingriffen aus dem gesamten Spektrum der Plastischen und Ästhetischen Chirurgie
  • Selbstständige Vor\- und Nachbereitung des OPs sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs
  • Aufbereitung und Sterilisation der Instrumente sowie Einhaltung der Hygiene\- und Sterilitätsstandards
  • Pflege, Kontrolle und Instandhaltung des Instrumentariums
  • Materialbewirtschaftung, Lagerhaltung und Bestellwesen
  • Optional auch Patientenbetreuung im Aufwachraum

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Operationstechnik / Operationsassistenz, z. B. als Dipl. Fachperson Operationstechnik HF oder mit vergleichbarer Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise einige Jahre Berufserfahrung und Freude am selbstständigen Arbeiten
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und vorausschauende Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitäts\- und Hygienebewusstsein
  • Freude an einem kleinen, persönlichen Team und an kurzen Entscheidungswegen
