Behandlung auf höchstem Niveau, hochklassige medizinische Betreuung und Versorgung, kompetente Pflege in einer familiäreren, privaten Atmosphäre mit Hotelkomfort, Hingabe, Gewissenhaftigkeit und absolute Diskretion \- dafür steht die Privatklinik Bethanien. Rund 340 Belegärztinnen und \-ärzte aus verschiedenen Fachrichtungen sorgen für eine hochstehende, integrierte medizinische Versorgung. Zu den wichtigsten Fachgebieten gehören Orthopädie, Viszeral\- und Thoraxchirurgie, Urologie, Gynäkologie und Geburt, Gastroenterologie, Kardiologie, Pneumologie und innere Medizin inkl. Onkologie. In der Geburtenabteilung kommen jährlich rund 500 Kinder zur Welt. Die 1912 gegründete Privatklinik Bethanien ist ein Teil der Schweizer Privatklinikgruppe Swiss Medical Network.

Stellenbeschreibung -------------------

  • Koordination und Steuerung der täglichen OP\-Abläufe zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen wirtschaftlichen und patientenorientierten Ablaufes
  • Schnittstelle zwischen OP\-Team, Anästhesie, Stationen und Ärzteschaft
  • Überwachung und Optimierung der OP\-Auslastung
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Priorisierung der OP\-Programme
  • Sicherstellung einer zeitnahen Kommunikation bei Änderungen im OP\-Plan
  • Pausenablösung im Saal mitgestalten
  • Bei Bedarf im OP\-Saal als Zudienung und Instrumentierung aushelfen
  • Einhaltung der Hygiene\- und Asepsis Richtlinien
  • Verantwortung für die korrekte OP\-spezifische Dokumentation (OP Pflegedokumentation/Leistungserfassung)

Qualifikationen ---------------

  • Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH OP oder dipl. Fachperson OT HF/FH mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise im Belegarztsystem
  • hohe Flexibilität, vielseitiges Fachwissen sowie das nötige Verständnis für die unterschied lichsten OP\-Techniken
  • eine verantwortungsbewusste, dienstleistungsorientierte und belastbare Persönlichkeit mit grosser Freude an ihrem Beruf
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen IT\-Systemen und OP\-Dokumentationssoftware
  • Organisationsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
