Der Verein sintegrA zürich ist eine soziale Organisation, die sich seit über 30 Jahren für die soziale und berufliche Integration von Menschen mit einer psychischen Beeinträchtigung engagiert und inzwischen in vier Betrieben verschiedene Angebote führt.

Der Betreuungsdienst bietet Menschen mit einer psychischen Beeinträchtigung leistungsangepasste Dauerarbeitsplätze im zweiten Arbeitsmarkt. Die IV-Mitarbeitenden betreuen, unterstützen und begleiten Menschen in Privathaushalten sowie in Alters- und Behinderteninstitutionen. Für diese anspruchsvolle Aufgabe werden die IV-Mitarbeitenden von einem Fachteam ausgebildet und fachlich begleitet.

Zur Ergänzung unseres Fachteams suchen wir per 1. Dezember oder nach Vereinbarung befristet für 6 Monate (mit Option auf Festanstellung) eine Fachperson Betreuungsdienst mit fundierter Erfahrung in der Psychiatrie.

Dein Aufgabengebiet ###

  • Führung, Planung, Koordination und Begleitung der IV-Mitarbeitenden im Rahmen der Arbeitseinsätze (Bezugspersonensystem)
  • Erkennen von Veränderungen, Krisen, Anzeichen von Über- oder Unterforderung
  • Mithilfe bei der Rekrutierung neuer IV-Mitarbeitender
  • Kundenbetreuung und Kontaktpflege mit Angehörigen
  • Planung, Aufbereitung und Durchführung von Unterrichtseinheiten im Rahmen des Vorbereitungskurses für IV-Mitarbeitende und von internen Fortbildungen
  • Umfassende, fachlich und sprachlich korrekte Dokumentation

Dein Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachperson HF, Abschluss in Sozialpädagogik / Sozialarbeit FH oder ähnliche Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Psychiatrie
  • Berufserfahrung im psychiatrischen Bereich
  • Erfahrung in der Vermittlung von Wissen von Vorteil
  • Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und dein fundiertes Fachwissen sowie deine Computerkenntnisse einzusetzen
  • Interesse an der Auseinandersetzung mit sozialpsychiatrischen Aspekten psychischer Beeinträchtigung
  • Ausgesprochenes Flair für Kundenkontakte und Vernetzung
  • Freude am Organisieren und Koordinieren - vorwiegend am Telefon bzw. Computer
  • Offene, humorvolle und flexible Persönlichkeit
