Gemeinsam für ein gutes Leben im Alter

Unter dem Dach von RaJoVita, der Stiftung für Gesundheit und Alter der Stadt Rapperswil\-Jona, schaffen wir Lebensräume, in denen sich ältere Menschen sicher, geborgen und zuhause fühlen. In unseren beiden Pflegezentren Meienberg und Bühl, im Alters\- und Pflegeheim Bürgerspital sowie in der Pflegewohnung Porthof begleiten und betreuen wir 175 pflegebedürftige Menschen persönlich und mit viel Herz. Die Tagesstätte Grünfels und die Spitex ergänzen unser vielseitiges Angebot und ermöglichen eine umfassende Unterstützung – stationär wie ambulant.

Rund 355 Mitarbeitende engagieren sich täglich dafür, unseren Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern sowie unseren Klientinnen und Klienten eine individuelle, bedürfnisgerechte und liebevolle Betreuung und Pflege zu bieten. Dabei stehen für uns der Mensch, seine Lebensgeschichte und seine persönlichen Bedürfnisse stets im Mittelpunkt.

Dipl. Pflegeexperte/in, 80% ---------------------------

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist zuständig für die Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Massnahmen zur Weiterentwicklung der Pflege, Pflegequalität und Pflegestandards, sowie der Hygienerichtlinien
  • Du unterstützt die Pflegeteams in fachspezifischen Fragen
  • Du machst die Erkenntnisse der Pflegeforschung für die Pflegepraxis nutzbar (VAR\- Healthcare steht zur Verfügung)
  • Du pflegst eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Ausbildungs\- und Qualitätsverantwortlichen

Dein Profil

  • Du bringst einen Bachelor of Science Nurse (BScN) mit und bist motiviert die Fachvertiefung Link Nurse zu absolvieren
  • Du bist eine versierte Pflegefachperson mit HF oder FH\-Abschluss und mehrjähriger praktischer Erfahrung in der direkten Pflege, idealerweise in der Langzeitpflege
  • Du bringst Erfahrung im Qualitäts\- und Projektmanagement mit
  • Du schätzt als herzliche und natürliche Persönlichkeit eine abwechslungsreiche und anspruchsvolle interprofessionelle Tätigkeit
  • Du überzeugst durch Deine Sozialkompetenz, Flexibilität, Engagement und Initiative
